  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Responsibilities

Manager, Digital Sales & Marketing is responsible for promoting our high-quality batik fabrics masterpieces and reinforcing brand positioning via online.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create compelling and engaging contents for various marketing channels
  • Analyse data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed
  • Prospect new leads and able to meet and/or exceed sales targets
  • Able to present, negotiate sales terms and secure orders
  • Able to do sales reports on sales activity and sales projections based on prospect list

**This job description covers the main tasks that are anticipated. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary

Key Characteristics

  • Has a real sense of luxury – understands fashion and demonstrates ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Motivated for sales and result driven with proven ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas – has a strong intuition and very courageous to take risks, and displays an energetic and positive attitude at all times
  • Aside from a social and positive personality, he/she must be a self-starter; fast and diligent, and proactive problem solver – ability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle uncertainties

Qualifications

  • Certificates/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, and/or any equivalent education or relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge in digital marketing strategies, channels and branding, and has comprehensive proficiency in electronic marketing automation software
