  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Assistant Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing commodity sourcing strategies, negotiating prices & contracts, while fostering strong relationships with suppliers & reviewing their performances to maintain assurance of supply and cost competitiveness in close coordination at site with program management, operations and sales.
  • Demonstrate competency & expertise in Electronics & Electro-Mechanical commodity management including supplier identification, development, contractuals, pricing negotiations, NPI support, periodic business reviews.
  • Strategic supply base relationship management to meet company's business goals and objectives
  • Managing RFI/RFQ and negotiations to ensure accuracy & cost competitiveness of Costed BOM from time to time. - - Tactical support on escalations to Site Materials and Purchasing team
  • Providing market intelligence to SC Management and other Internal Stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
  • Ensure the efficient and timely exchange of knowledge and information within the company to ensure best practices are shared throughout the organization.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • Min 10 years of experience managing Electronics & Electrical commodities and Suppliers
  • Experience in contract manufacturing flow and supply chain management.
  • Experience managing and negotiating pricing and contracts
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with suppliers, cross-functional teams and management
  • Effective analytical, presentation and relationship building skills to influence
  • People developing and coaching skill
  • Advanced experience level in working in ERP Environment (Oracle,SAP,Baan) ,Advanced Excel , Power Point, Problem Solving Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
