About the Role
Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Executive, Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of our exciting construction projects. Be a part of a dynamic team where your expertise in contracts and financial oversight will make a real impact!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contract Preparation & Review: Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts for a variety of projects. Conduct detailed reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Contract Administration: Maintain accurate records, update databases for subcontractors and suppliers, and oversee monthly financial submissions.
  • Financial Oversight: Work closely with finance to support cash flow and cost management, prepare cash flow forecasts, and compile project financial reports.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify risks, ensure contracts align with legal and company standards, and collaborate with the legal team when needed.
  • Stakeholder & Project Support: Act as the main contact for contract-related inquiries, build strong supplier relationships, and support project teams to complete projects on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field with at least 3 years of experience in construction (experience in infrastructure/underground cabling is a plus).
  • Strong technical knowledge in construction materials, cost management, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
