  • Cross training all tech for multi skill & then multi tasking to support different AOI platform, as well as LF 2D Code Marker, Package Marker with 4th Optic

  • Improve FE AOI machine's MTBA or OEE
  • Immediate response & attend on the machine down or stoppage to avoid long downtime
  • Work on improvement: reduction of machine stoppage & damaga strip
  • 5S machine surrounding
  • Ensure no compliance issue on equipment
  • Follow up on line tech on shift & routine activity & BMC checking
  • Train up tech for multi skill for different platform & also to cover other process/machine type such as LF 2D Code Marker & Pkg Marker.
