  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for management of all aspects of financial/corporate accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, financial/management reporting, budgetary controls, tax planning/management. forecasting & etc.

· To monitor and coordinate performance to ensure the strategic, operational and financial performance of the subsidiaries and associates are within the pre-determined targets and business plan.

· To establish operational budgets and manage/oversea cash flow projections of the Company to achieve efficiency in cash management system.

· Ensure internal controls are in pace and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial. statutory, audits and tax reporting requirements.

· Liaise with bankers, external and internal auditors, boards of directors, government regulatory bodies, company's secretary and tax agents.

· To prepare consolidated financial statements of the group on a quarterly basis to ensure Bursa Announcements released on time for quarterly report/annual report and those required under the Bursa ACE Market Listing Requirements.

· To assist on corporate exercise undertaken by the company.

· Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

· Provide executive management with advice in the financial implications of business activities.

· To undertaken all other tasks as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

· Able to consolidate group account.

· Candidates must process a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW/MIA/MICPA) or a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance

· Member of Malaysia Institute Accountants (MIA).

· Candidates with only audit managerial or supervisory experience are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
