Location: Menara UEM, Bangsar South
Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Operations Manager in preparation of operational documents such consumables, manpower, equipment, facility start-up planning and other administrative work.
- Assist Operations Manager or Area Manager in their documents such as site OT claims, consumables requisition, chemical labels and so forth.
- Track, remind, collect and file submitted documents pertaining to operations, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.
- Communicate with vendors to request manpower resources as needed, ensuring that staffing requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Monitor and validate the attendance records for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Record minutes of meetings and issue them in a reasonable time.
- Attend to phone calls from facilities or ES related suppliers.
- Update and maintain operations equipment inventory in CMMS.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required by superior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of a SPM or equivalent or with minimum 2 years experience in office administration.
- Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.
- Possess good oral and written communication skills.
