  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The job responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure the optimal functioning of facilities and equipment.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.

- Manage a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance to ensure a skilled workforce.

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions to operations.

- Establish and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective practices and adherence to financial guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to maintenance and safety standards.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated equipment.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and service providers, negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery.
