JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To hit or exceed the individual sales target given.
  • Able to impress customers with good presentations and discussions that demonstrates the key value differentiators of your product/ solution portfolio.
  • Responsible for the execution and drive in managing key customer account effectively by providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty through strong account coverage.
  • Update and submit weekly activity report and weekly sales funnel reports to management while providing your plans to exceed quota or close gaps.
  • Able to scope the landscape of competitors and understand/execute strategies to win deals.
  • To handle customer enquiries and direct/escalate issues to the right channels for quick resolution.
  • To build up good relationship with customers to enhance customers’ retention.
  • Enhance sales capabilities to ensure consistent growth in skills, competencies, and product knowledge to drive deeper solution selling to our customers.
  • Explore and identify for potential new business opportunities & customers and responsible for generating leads for the sales growth.
  • Work closely with the internal Business Unit team for any relevant supports.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Min 1-year sales & support experience in relevant industry with proven track record on sales achievement.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and B. Malaysia.
  • Good at report writing, presentation skills and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Working experience related to Education, Government/ GRI, Aerospace & Defense
  • Industries & background in test & measurement equipment would be an added advantage.
  • Good negotiation skills, strong team player, motivator and have the courage to go above and beyond to achieve the sales target.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license (willing to travel frequently).
