Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, course setup, enrollment, and announcements on NilaiUni Connect (Moodle). Provide user support and training for students and faculty.
- Assist students with timetable, attendance, and course module-related inquiries through the Student Portal (CMS).
- Manage and update website content, including careers, career services, transportation, academic calendar, convocation, alumni updates, and the landing page.
- Manage and update the Joomla-based website, including CRPS, CRC Computing Conference webpage, and Virtual Library.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining student data in the system (E-IPTS), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
- Assist users with printer and software installations, as well as general IT troubleshooting.
- Help organize and maintain the computing lab.
- Support student orientation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms for student portals.
- Familiarity with Joomla for website management.
- Experience with database management (MySQL, MS Access).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as HTML, ASP, and CSS.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide technical support.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train users when necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders.
