Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.
  • 1 to 3 years of experiences in Business Administrative, Sales, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
  • Good time management, planning and organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.

Description:

  • Review and analyse client’s business requirements with relevant department.
  • Prepare quotation upon analysed business requirements.
  • Prepare commercial proposal for tender and RFQ (Request for Quotation).
  • Prepare invoices according to schedule upon engagement with clients.
  • Monitor and follow up on clients’ Purchase Order (PO), payment and collections.
  • Prepare and review standard service agreement.
  • Coordinate commercial effort between clients, partners and internal departments.
  • Register and maintain customer records in the system.
  • Assist in continuously improves commercial processes and controls where applicable.
  • Assist in develop and carry out an efficient documentation and relevant commercial administration task.
  • Follow up on potential clients and business opportunities.
