- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.
- 1 to 3 years of experiences in Business Administrative, Sales, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.

Description:
- Review and analyse client’s business requirements with relevant department.
- Prepare quotation upon analysed business requirements.
- Prepare commercial proposal for tender and RFQ (Request for Quotation).
- Prepare invoices according to schedule upon engagement with clients.
- Monitor and follow up on clients’ Purchase Order (PO), payment and collections.
- Prepare and review standard service agreement.
- Coordinate commercial effort between clients, partners and internal departments.
- Register and maintain customer records in the system.
- Assist in continuously improves commercial processes and controls where applicable.
- Assist in develop and carry out an efficient documentation and relevant commercial administration task.
- Follow up on potential clients and business opportunities.
