JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience related to Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong background in social media management, particularly LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proactive, creative, and resourceful.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) is required.
- Experience in a retail or similar industry is a plus.
- Must have own transport to reach office as there is no public or LRT available

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on tasks.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for the MD.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, including articles and updates.
- Manage LinkedIn interactions, including messages and connection requests.
- Research trending topics in retail, leadership, and business.
- Collaborate with the MD to create impactful stories and posts.
- Design or coordinate visually appealing LinkedIn content.
- Track LinkedIn content performance and provide insights.
- Suggest strategies to grow the MD’s LinkedIn network and engagement.
- Manage emails, prioritize tasks, and handle travel arrangements.
- Assist with expense management and general administrative tasks.
