JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience related to Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong background in social media management, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a professional tone.
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, creative, and resourceful.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (speaking, writing, and reading) is required.
  • Experience in a retail or similar industry is a plus.
  • Must have own transport to reach office as there is no public or LRT available

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the MD’s schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on tasks.
  • Handle confidential information professionally.
  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy for the MD.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, including articles and updates.
  • Manage LinkedIn interactions, including messages and connection requests.
  • Research trending topics in retail, leadership, and business.
  • Collaborate with the MD to create impactful stories and posts.
  • Design or coordinate visually appealing LinkedIn content.
  • Track LinkedIn content performance and provide insights.
  • Suggest strategies to grow the MD’s LinkedIn network and engagement.
  • Manage emails, prioritize tasks, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Assist with expense management and general administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
