  • Plan, conduct, and oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical, mechanical, or process systems.
  • Verify and validate that installations meet design and performance requirements.
  • Ensure systems operate effectively under varying conditions and adhere to project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure T&C activities align with project timelines.
  • Maintain compliance with Malaysian standards and local authority requirements (such as DOSH, Bomba, and TNB regulations).
  • Prepare detailed test plans, checklists, and commissioning reports.
  • Document and report any defects, modifications, or system improvements needed.
  • Ensure that all records and manuals are completed and handed over to clients in compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct safety assessments and risk analysis to ensure testing activities are safe and environmentally responsible.
  • Adhere to Malaysian safety regulations and client
  • specific HSE requirements.- Enforce strict quality control to ensure all systems meet industry standards and perform optimally.
  • Identify system issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage on-site troubleshooting and resolve problems during T&C processes to prevent project delays.
  • Liaise with clients and regulatory bodies to clarify technical requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide system operation instructions.
  • With Chargeman Certification (AO, BO, and etc) will be advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in T&C or related field, with exposure to Malaysian standards and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems, safety codes, and testing tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay.
  • Familiarity with DOSH, CIDB certification (if required), and HSE certification is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, project management capabilities, and effective communication.
