RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To answer telephone calls and pas all calls properly to the relevant personnel / department.
  • To provide information and directions to tenants / shoppers at the Mall, i.e. shops location, promotions activities, etc.
  • To handle lost children until such the parent / guardian are paged via the PA system to claim their children.
  • To handle lost item by shoppers who have lost / misplaced any items while in the Mall.
  • To assist in any activities i.e. registration for colouring contest, etc.
  • To assist in giving out free gifts to shoppers who have made purchases at the Mall during promotions such as Anniversary Celebration, Festive Season, etc.
  • To distribute circulars to tenants.
  • To maintain the shopping mall's image i.e. Information Counter is kept tidy at all times with relevant brochures displayed to the public.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business or relevant studies.
  • Must be able to communicate very well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • At least 2-3 years(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Good general knowledge of the surrounding areas of the shopping centre, local prominent landmarks and transportation infrastructure.
  • Good interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Able to operate MS Office - Excel & Words.
  • Must be willing to work on Shifts, Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Position is based in JOHOR BAHRU.
