  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

  • Module Engineer for powder coating and surface treatment line, ensure quality, most cost effective and productive
  • Setup, develop, characterize and qualify surface treatment and powder and wet paint coating consisting of immersion line and/or spray booths, and curing ovens.
  • Qualify sheet metal and large frames on surface treatment in effective and efficient process.
  • Characterize and qualify oven and painting for sheet metals and frames with universal profile temperature to prevent from frequent change over/setup.
  • Develop procedures and techniques for painting coating of large frames.
  • Develop SOP, Work instructions, PFMEA, Preventive maintenance checklist.
  • Corrective/Preventive Action process, the maintenance and reporting of quality metrics.
  • Develop training plan and certification for production technicians.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

  • At least 5 years working experience in Powder and Paint Coating and surface treatment environment, such as contract manufacturing or sheet metal and module assembly. Working experience in sheet metal fabrication and module assembly industry will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor Degreee in Sciences, Chemistry or engineering disciplines.
  • Experience in FMEA and project management.
  • Strong knowledge on 6 sigma statistical process control.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electronics manufacturing processs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
