  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To liaise with suppliers on quality matters.

2. To liaise with the concerned departments of JVCKenwood Group regarding the part quality issue.

3. Ensures Quality Policy and Objective is understood by subordinates.

4. As in charger to the vendors on part quality issue.

5. Handles quality system audit.

6. Monitors and in charge of incoming inspection activity.

7. Ensures incoming inspection activity conduct according to procedure such available of PIS or checklist for new inspection part.

8. Ensures documented inspection procedures and instructions are carried out by subordinates.

9. Allocates duties and monitoring of Incoming Quality Control technicians’ performances.

10. Judgment on reject/on hold of non-conforming parts and ensure that non-conforming parts are identified and segregated.

11. Investigates the cause of non-conforming parts.

12. Provides training needs for technicians.

13. To perform any additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

1. Candidate must possess Degree and above in Engineering or Quality Manufacturing field.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Control concepts and usage of Quality Tools, and Quality system auditing.

3. Experienced in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

4. Must be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office application.

5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

5. Knowledge in Quality System (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015) is an added advantage.

6. Must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive for work travel purposes.

7. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and must be willing to work in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
