Position 1: QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality guidelines.
  • Work with internal departments in determining, negotiating and agreeing on quality procedures, standards, systems and specifications.
  • Lead the team to debug and resolve day-to-day production quality issues.
  • Analyze and investigate customer complaints to ensure closure in accordance with the regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
  • Create and documenting detailed, comprehensive and well-structured quality performance analysis report and quality levels.
  • Create and maintaining inspection plans, procedures, quality guide and quality control activities.
  • Provide training, technical advice, quality interpretation and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
  • Coordinate, manage and maintain ISO9001 and/or TS16949 Quality Management System.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Professional certification (such as Six Sigma, SPC, Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, etc)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in Quality related field.
  • Work experience in plastic injection manufacturing company will be a plus.
  • Able to work in Johor Gelang Patah.

Position 2: QA Manager

  • Overall in charge of Incoming/Outgoing Quality Assurance, Product Quality Assurance and Quality Evaluation activities
  • Coordinate, manage and maintain ISO9001 and TS16949 Quality Management System
  • Development and maintenance of Incoming parts and finished goods inspection system
  • Establishment and continuously improvement of quality systems to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Manage and control all quality control activities in accordance with identified Quality Assurance standards, company procedures, client specifications and requirements
  • Liaise with internal / external parties such as governing bodies, certification bodies on all related issues
  • Provide reports to management depicting the quality levels, quality problems and cost of quality

Skills:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good Systematic skill approach in Quality improvement
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
  • Good analytical mind, able to communicate effectively
  • Lead and motivate subordinates
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya Johor Bahru, Malaysia
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
