Job Responsibilities

  • To execute all kitchen operations ensuring standards of quality, food safety and service are meet the requirements.
  • To develop standards of performance for kitchen staff.
  • Establish standards of food quality supervise and ensure that they are strictly adhere
  • To Control food cost by ordering and receiving.
  • Supervise preparation of daily market and grocery list and follow up.
  • Ensure safe working environment through continual repair and maintenance of kitchen equipments.
  • Ensure clean kitchens, hygienic work procedures and high safety standards.
  • Ensure recipe adherence and quality, quantity and presentation from time to time.
  • Coordinate multiple tasks, such as purchasing, receiving and storing food products while maintaining required standards of operation in daily function activities.
  • Inspect the cleanliness of all storerooms, refrigerators, freezers and receiving areas daily.
  • Communicate with members and guests and be visible in the good community as a representative of the club.
  • Ensure buffet set-ups are creative and in accordance with the club’s image.
  • To monitor on Awareness of Occupational Safety and Health policies and procedures and ensure kitchen staff adhere to the procedures.
  • To carry out any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
