  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

· Oversee, coordinate, monitor and manage on-schedule completion in accordance with contractual obligations

· Responsible on all project executions to ensure smooth progress and achieve target date of completion

· Manage the approved of work scopes, review drawings against actual site, coordinate and clarify with designer and sales on any drawing clarifications and clients’ requests

· Daily monitoring of site progresses and able to resolve issues, which may cause delay to project

· Preparation of weekly, monthly report, work program, progress claim verification from contractor/supplier and other documentation consolidation like handover acknowledgement form and defect forms

· Liaise with sub-contractor, client and to coordinate site meeting with sub-contractor and internal staff meeting or discussion

· Able to lead a team of site supervisor, display true leadership to guide and train own departmental colleagues for more efficient and effective in project management

· Preparation of post-mortem report for each project

· Undertake other assigned tasks as required

· Candidate must possess at least 4-5 years of working experience in a related field

· Preferably specialized in Construction Management in both property development with Interior Design background.

· Proven track record of project managements

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with design teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

· Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Trustworthy, attention to details and committed with a strong team spirit

· Proven ability, meticulous and well-organized to work independently in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines

· Willingness to take criticism

· Traveling from office to various sites across some regions may require depending on project assigned

· Possess own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
