  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Ensure accurate of stock record daily and Mtech data key in.
  • Ensure all documentations are completed and verified before proceeding for preparation and compilation of statement to farms and HQ finance statement for processing of payment on time.
  • Responsible to handle all purchasing process including prepare documentation, seek approval, prepare DO and invoice.
  • Handle full process of pre-payment including raise PO, deal with vendor, prepare invoice and seek approval.
  • Responsible to do monthly stock planning and checking for every last week of month or during post receiving/post transfer / post usage.
  • Align with all manager or any related staff to get approval and ensure every documentation well prepared.
  • Responsible to perform proper record all the documentation and filling.
  • Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications
  • SPM graduate or Diploma in any equivalent qualification are encourage to apply.
  • 0 – 1 years working experience in the related field.
