  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
  • To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
  • To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments such as Project Team, QA/QC, HSE, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers.
  • To assist commercial department in cultivating good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers.
  • To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission.
  • To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
  • To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
  • Have experienced in checking the drawings, do Material Take-Off, do cost estimation based on details provided by Client’s.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Mechanical & Piping.
  • Has more than two (2) years working experience and familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience on site/plant.
  • Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders in refinery, oil & gas industry and petrochemicals.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
