  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender & Proposal Preparation:

  • Analyze tender documents, project specifications, and client requirements for civil and structural engineering scope.
  • Develop cost estimates, work breakdown structures, and technical documentation for bids.
  • Identify risks, constructability challenges, and technical deviations, providing mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare method statements, execution plans, and construction schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (API, ASME, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.).

Technical & Engineering Support:

  • Design, review, and validate civil and structural engineering aspects for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities.
  • Conduct preliminary structural calculations and feasibility assessments for tender proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to optimize structural design solutions.
  • Provide engineering inputs for foundation design, steel structures, concrete structures, and modular installations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Degree in Civil & Structural

·Has more than two (2) years working experience and familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience on site/plant.

·Familiar with techno-commercial bids & tenders in refinery, oil & gas industry and petrochemicals.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
