Job Function
Responsible for managing customer claims, complaints, and compliance matters by acts as key liaison between customers and Nitto Group Companies while ensuring the implementation of procedures for trading items to meet to company objectives and quality policy.
Job Responsibilities
- To develop and implement related procedures for trading items aligned with ISO 9001:2015 requirement.
- To serve as the primary point of contact for customer claims and complaints. ensuring smooth communication and governance of customer-related quality matters.
- To provide customers with updates on claim resolutions and quality improvements by working closing with group companies.
- To ensure timely and effective closure of customer complaints in compliance with company policies.
- To ensure compliance with relevant regulations, customer requirements, and internal standards.
- To coordinate and facilitate customer audits, ensuring necessary documentation is prepared.
- To work with internal teams to implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.
- To maintain a database of customer claims and implement preventive actions.
- To participate in NMM company activities (5S, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer quality, compliance, or service quality roles
- Outstanding communication skills including written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Good problem-solving & analytical abilities.
- Skills in numerical and statistical analysis.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.
- The ability to work as part of the team.
- Self-motivation, integrity, dependability/reliability, optimism, confidence, calmness, and flexibility.
