  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and dedicated Service Crew members to join our team. As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting restaurant operations to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints as necessary.
  • Order Taking: Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure they meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep tables, chairs, and dining areas clean and organized, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other service crew members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Stock Replenishment: Assist in restocking supplies and ensure sufficient inventory levels for daily operations.
  • Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods of time. Lifting of moderate weights may be required.
