Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service via various social media channels.

Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin as this role required to deal with Mandarin speaking customers
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
