  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Supervise vendors/contractors and in-house staff for the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility equipment.
  • Develop and manage the annual maintenance schedule, delegating tasks and conducting site inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Ensure safety of personnel and equipment during maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to implement cost-effective, proactive maintenance strategies that maximize facility availability.
  • Establish and maintain standardized maintenance procedures and checklists for scalability.
  • Perform hands-on operations, inspections, and troubleshooting of critical systems in high-stakes environments before engaging external specialists.
  • Protect and improve asset value while ensuring critical engineering systems function reliably.
  • Maintain high standards of operational conduct, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in Data Centers or Hi-tech factories (e.g., semiconductor).
  • Proficient in English communication, including drafting detailed procedures and reports.
  • Knowledge of building management laws, including safety, evacuation, and environmental protection.
  • Expertise in critical systems like HVAC, emergency power, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
  • Available for 24/7 technical support and incident response.
  • Must be willing to work in Sedenak, Johor.
