  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center ECC Lead to oversee and manage the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) operations. The ECC Lead will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of data center operations, managing a team of ECC Operators, and driving incident resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the ECC team to ensure 24/7 monitoring of data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, and environmental conditions.
  • Oversee and coordinate response to system alerts and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and incident response protocols.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors regarding critical technical issues and incident resolution.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.
  • Conduct regular system health checks, preventive maintenance, and risk assessments to improve overall system reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, including regular testing and validation.
  • Maintain and update ECC operations reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and incident trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must be willing to work shift
  • Must be willing to work in Sedenak, Johor
