  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

FarmByte Archisen Sdn Bhd is growing in Johor Bahru and looking for energetic and talented candidates to perform these Job Descriptions below;

  • Possess the knowledge and have hands on experience on electrical, HVAC and plumbing
  • Abie to diagnose and solve the electrical, HVAC and plumbing problems
  • Create and service a maintenance plan for the organization’s equipment
  • Establish and enforce maintenance policies and procedures
  • Carry out planned maintenance (Preventive Maintenance Schedule-PMS)
  • Conduct frequent quality checks on equipment
  • Perform emergency maintenance when equipment breaks down
  • Manage the budget for the maintenance of equipment
  • Keep a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out
  • Ensure the organization complies with safety regulations while maintenance takes place
  • Arrange with any external party for maintenance if necessary
  • Train operator with basic equipment maintenance knowledge
  • Handle other ad-hoc tasks from superiors
  • Able to communicate in English is an advantage

  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance technician position
  • Having hands-on maintenance experience for pump, HVAC and other maintenance related to premise utilities and facilities.maintenance related to premise utilities and facilities
  • Diploma in M&E / E&E or competent certificates
  • Knowledge of industry and relevant health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
  • Working well within a team
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
