  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, Enterprise Cash Management - (25000075)

  • Maintain and expand the existing deposit portfolio by effectively managing relationships with Commercial Banking clients.
  • Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions on Cash Management to clients, including collection, payment, payroll, and internet banking solutions.
  • Hunt for new-to-bank (NTB) clients and generate leads from the value chain of existing clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for increasing their share of wallet and to promote the bank's full range of products, including various commercial banking facilities, bancassurance, workplace accounts, premier banking, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Transaction Banking, Global Markets and Operations teams, to ensure that the portfolio attains planned revenue and volume targets.
  • Conduct customer due diligence to manage potential risks and ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
Qualifications
  • Hold a recognized degree, preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or business, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Possess strong analytical skills in cash management, wealth management, or wholesale banking.
  • Exhibit excellent presentation and communication abilities, as well as influential and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate a positive and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Display a results-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Showcase strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Must be willing to travel.
