  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Platform JavaScript Developer. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team to streamline and automate existing processes within our daily operations. Your primary responsibility will be to understand our support scenarios and operational processes and leverage your expertise in JavaScript development and API integration to create efficient automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both E-commerce platform support and JavaScript development, along with a keen understanding of API integration. This role is critical to enhancing the efficiency of our team and optimizing our operational workflow.

Responsibility/Activity

  • Collaborate with the team to identify repetitive and time-consuming processes within our daily operations.
  • Analyze support scenarios and operational workflows to understand requirements for automation.
  • Develop automation solutions using SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) and JavaScript to streamline processes and reduce processing time for our agents.
  • Utilize APIs to integrate various systems and platforms to enhance automation capabilities.
  • Test and debug automation scripts to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing automation solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automation technologies to continuously improve our automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer support, to implement automation solutions that meet business needs.
  • Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation optimization to increase efficiency and productivity.


Required Skill (MUST)

  • Have understanding about E-commerce.
  • Understand Software and Hardware
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Education level: IT Degree and above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT or relevant experiences
  • Javascript: the candidate must be able to demonstrate on the spot how to write without errors the Javascript methods as well as Conditions (IF), loops (like for, forever etc.).
  • System integration: the candidate must be familiar with the concept of what a read / write API call is.
  • Desktop automation: the candidate must be familiar with the concept of what a low-code-no-code desktop automation tool is.
  • Able to support EMEA hour : 1pm - 10pm

Welcomed Skills (WANTS)

  • Have simulated a basic API call using Postman or other equivalent applications
  • Have experience using one of this desktop automation tools (e.g. SAP IRPA, MS PowerApps, UI Path etc.)
  • Having technical customer support is an advantage.
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Be able to work in multinational team and be a team player
  • Have a problem solving and critical thinking mind.
