  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Position: Insurance Advisor

Available location: Masa/Pasir Gudang/Kulai/Skudai/Kluang/Batu Pahat

Working schedule: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)

Compensations Package: Basic + Fix Allowances + Incentive

Tenure: Contract for 2 years – chances to absorb as permanent depends on performance/headcount availability

Responsibilities:

  • To help BSN's customer stay protected by offering Bank Insurance Product.
  • To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with bank existing customers and share the product with others customer within bank community.
  • Occasional travel to other branches for events and campaigns.
  • To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target.
  • Actively participate in the bank's sales and promotion activities (face to face (F2F) / virtually).
  • To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service. Disciplined tracking of all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree with 1 year of sales experience, or SPM with 5 years of experience, including 1 year in sales.
  • Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage
  • Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Able to travel
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Clear CCRIS record
  • Good to have PCE/CLIE certificate but not a Mandatory, as company will cover the fees for the first exam.
