About the Role

Hiring a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic decision-making. This full-time role is based in Shah Alam, Selangor, within a manufacturing/FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Maintain internal controls and risk management.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA required).
  • 8+ years in finance management, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG.
  • Strong financial reporting, compliance, and software skills.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
