A Customer Service Executive (CSE) in a call center is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support through phone calls, emails, or chat. The job scope typically includes:

1. Handling Inquiries & Providing Information

  • Answering customer calls, emails, or chat messages.
  • Providing information about products, services, promotions, and policies.
  • Assisting with order placement, billing, and account-related queries.

2. Resolving Customer Issues

  • Troubleshooting technical or service-related problems.
  • Handling complaints and providing solutions or escalation if needed.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

3. Processing Transactions

  • Handling refunds, exchanges, and account adjustments.
  • Assisting with online purchases and payment-related issues.
  • Updating customer information in the system.

4. Following Call Centre Procedures

  • Logging all interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Following scripts and guidelines for handling specific types of calls.
  • Adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs) for response times and quality.

5. Managing Difficult Customers

  • Handling irate or frustrated customers professionally.
  • Escalating complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
