A Customer Service Executive (CSE) in a call center is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support through phone calls, emails, or chat. The job scope typically includes:
1. Handling Inquiries & Providing Information
- Answering customer calls, emails, or chat messages.
- Providing information about products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Assisting with order placement, billing, and account-related queries.
2. Resolving Customer Issues
- Troubleshooting technical or service-related problems.
- Handling complaints and providing solutions or escalation if needed.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
3. Processing Transactions
- Handling refunds, exchanges, and account adjustments.
- Assisting with online purchases and payment-related issues.
- Updating customer information in the system.
4. Following Call Centre Procedures
- Logging all interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Following scripts and guidelines for handling specific types of calls.
- Adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs) for response times and quality.
5. Managing Difficult Customers
- Handling irate or frustrated customers professionally.
- Escalating complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
