  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Procurement Engineer

Job description:
A leading manufacturing electric heating system company is looking for a Procurement Engineer to join their team. In this role. you'll be responsible for sourcing and managing materials, equipment, and services needed for projects, while collaborating with the engineering and R&D teams to ensure the best solutions at the most competitive costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire materials, equipment, and services for projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to assess technical requirements and supplier suitability.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers based on product specifications and cost targets.
  • Lead price negotiations and cost reduction initiatives with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery and expedite materials as needed to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing electrical and mechanical engineering parts/materials.
  • Strong ability to review engineering drawings and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Proven skills in supplier management and negotiation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
