  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Qualifications:

  • Location at Genting Premium Outlet
  • Possess at least 7 to 10 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Store Manager
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Adaptable, independent, and customer-focused
  • Ability to calculate and analyze retail KPIs and provide improvement suggestions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and presentation skills
  • Prior exposure to premium fashion brands and/or menswear brands is required
  • Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs and communicate them to the staff
  • Foster a positive work environment to ensure high staff morale
  • Provide high-quality customer service by following company training guidelines and leading by example
  • Possess strong product knowledge of the brand and current luxury market trends to provide relevant suggestions and maximize sales opportunities
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
  • Maintain the company's visual merchandising guidelines to ensure an excellent presentation of store interiors, windows, and mannequins
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for front and back-of-house operations
  • Maintain professional image and grooming standards across all staff
  • Support recruitment activities, including interviewing candidates and training new employees

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,200.00 per month
