  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role OR experience in coaching, training, or educating in a sales environment.

  • Has strong communication skills and a flair for selling creative market solutions.
  • Works in an organized and structured manner.
  • Has experience with inside sales.
  • Is passionate about sales and has a genuine interest in online marketing.
  • Has a creative mindset and a good understanding of customer needs.
  • Speaks native language, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experiences. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services, or events that target consumers or businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Manage and optimize existing Adwords (PPC) campaign components, including but not limited to Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
  • Track, analyze, and implement PPC strategies including keyword research and analysis.
  • Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
  • Track funds in accounts and maintain conversions.
  • Keep updated on new technologies and automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned as per business needs, within the category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System at TDCX.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
