As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources management within the organization. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities focused on fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant HR policies and regulations
- Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs
- In charge for employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
- Providing HR-related advice and support to managers and employees
- Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related matters
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism
What we're looking for
- At least 1 years of experience in handling payroll.
- Strong knowledge of human resource practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new HR-related software systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
