Responsibilities:

  • Interact with end-users to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support when needed.
  • Install and configure the company’s computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Collaborate with field engineers to visit end-users when necessary.
  • Ticket Management: Create, update, and manage support tickets to track and document the status and resolution of user issues.
  • Security Awareness: Promote and enforce IT security policies, assisting users in understanding and adhering to best practices for maintaining a secure computing environment.
  • User Account Management: Assist in managing user accounts, including account creation, modification, and deactivation, while ensuring adherence to security policies
  • Follow instructions from superiors or field engineers during task execution and IT infrastructure implementation.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in helpdesk support, with a strong working knowledge of computer hardware, networking support, and other IT peripherals.
  • Professional certifications in computer science and networking will be considered favorably.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
