Technical Sales Executive
Job Discription
Core Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise and Demonstration:
Understand the technical specifications and applications of the products or services.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements.
Act as the main technical contact during the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes.
- Sales Process Support:
Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and create tailored solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for clients.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring both technical feasibility and profitability.
- Problem Solving and Consultation:
Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Address technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide training if needed.
- Market and Product Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Provide feedback to R&D or product teams for product improvements or new developments.
- Achievement of Sales Targets:
Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Prepare and present sales forecasts and progress reports.
- Candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree holder in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent
- Preferably at least 3 year of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive level specializing in Technical or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia language for both spoken and written
- Able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
