We are seeking a Freelance Talent Acquisition to join our TradeQuo team. The ideal candidate will help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles across the company. This freelance position requires someone with strong communication and organizational skills, along with 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ability to develop sourcing strategies, proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, and strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with internal departments to assess and define recruitment needs.
- Defining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions.
- Sourcing potential candidates through company career portals, job boards, recruitment sites, social platforms, and, if needed, print media, posters, and flyers.
- Managing recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Screening candidates through calls, emails, and pre-interview assessments.
- Preparing interview questions and conducting interviews (either in-person or via video call) with shortlisted candidates.
- Assisting with creating hiring forecasts for strategic planning.
- Documenting recruitment processes and maintaining good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Developing and refining hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, and staying updated on industry advancements.
Requirements:
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
*Note: This is a remote role with performance-based KPIs.
