  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is an established logistics company who provides airfreight, ocean freight and contract logistics solutions across more than 130 locations globally.

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer who is fast-paced, innovative, and ambitiously driven to provide Level 2/3 support to the IT Regional Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands on and deployment experience on devices like FortiGate, Forti-switch, Forti-Ap’s, Ruckus Controller and Ruckus AP’s, Windows, Dells, etc.
  • Provide support for local IT Regional Team regarding Firewalls, LAN switches, access-points, wireless scanners, printers, etc.
  • Working knowledge of BGP, DMVPN, IPSEC, SDWAN, Forti-NAC, Forti-client VPN, etc.
  • Troubleshoot various ISPs and metro infrastructure.
  • Monitor tools including Wiresharks, Datadog, and SevOne.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet business requirements with a technical solution.
  • Utilize traditional and creative methods to develop enterprise data, voice, and video networks.
  • Managing secure transfer of data to multiple locations by way of internal and external networks.
  • Proficient in using Visio for comprehensive documentation of all facets of the network and its remote location.
  • Work on daily tickets using the company’s JIRA ticketing system.
  • Work on-call rotation.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Professional Certification / Network Certification are desired but not required.
  • 5 years of experience in related IT infrastructure.
  • Experience in Network Engineering is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and effective client interaction ability.
  • Understanding of networking such as switching, routing, and firewalls is desired.
