  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Raise work orders and monitor production progress to align with targets.
  • Coordinate with departments for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and provide updates in daily meetings.
  • Prepare and present reports to management.
  • Ensure accuracy in production data, forecasts, and inventory control.
  • Optimize production capacity and resource utilization.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection molding production.
  • Proven supervisory experience in the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage production schedules effectively.

Authority:

  • Adjust production schedules based on priority changes.
  • Recommend resource allocation and procurement decisions.
  • Approve work orders and inventory updates.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced manufacturing environment with cross-departmental coordination.
  • May require extended hours to meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on involvement in production oversight.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Maintain a safety stock level of 2+2.
  • Achieve 95% forecast accuracy in the first two weeks, 80% in the next two weeks.
  • Ensure 95% adherence to production schedules (excluding exceptions).
  • Maintain 85% or higher capacity utilization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
