Principal Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Duties
- Responsible for answering and connecting telephone calls.
- Responsible for taking messages and recording calls for monitoring.
- Ushering and direct guest to the right person or department.
- Maintain the cleanliness of front desk, reception area and meeting rooms/ corners.
- Receiving and distributing company mail and parcel.
- Responsible for all courier service administration and billings.
2. Medical Claim
- Record all employees’ medical claims and report to superior on excessive medical leave cases.
3. Trip Allowance
- To compile all Trip Allowance Form for both plants (Nilai and Bangi) and update the data on the Excel Spreadsheet.
- To ensure the data accuracy and to achieve zero errors on data entry.
4. Administration function
a) Oversee of all matters pertaining to the following:-
- Medical treatment request chits/ Red-alert medical card,
- Update company extension and speed dial list.
- HR Dept. assigned company car.
- Manage waste bin for general waste.
5. Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) and Environmental Management System
- To comply with all OSH and EMS rules and regulations, procedures, statutory laws and requirements.
- To understand and support the OSH, QMS and EMS policies and objectives.
- Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace
6. Others
- To occasionally perform any other related tasks as the Top Management may deem suitable.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
