Key Responsibilities
- Acquire service customers.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding preventive maintenance and parts replacement.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals for all regional services, including customer service-related support; generate leads for new sales related to system replacements and retrofit technical support.
- Utilize market and account management skills to engage specific target audiences.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers, both existing and new.
- Oversee customer satisfaction by managing all ongoing activities (e.g., orders, deliveries).
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate project handovers to the order fulfillment team.
- Equip partners with the necessary tools to drive revenue.
- Gather partner performance data for report generation.
- Process renewals directly and through partners.
- Ensure accurate information is recorded in CRM and databases.
- Collaborate with the Legal team on special contract terms and conditions.
- Educate customers about all the Company's products and services, focusing on recurring and digital offers.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to other sales team members.
- Coordinate and/or participate in trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed.
- Maintain strong working relationships and regular coordination with all Account Managers for opportunity identification and support.
- Collaborate frequently with the FS Operational Marketing team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the country’s installed base.
Key Requirement
- A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 4 to 10 years of technical sales experience in the relevant field is essential.
- Proven success in previous sales roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills are necessary.
- Ability to establish sustainable relationships with customers; understanding of Customer Intimacy is critical in Field Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with C-level customers.
- In-depth knowledge of service offerings throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM tools; excellent organizational skills are required.
- Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific countries and internationally for business purposes.
- Familiarity with MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, Oracle, CRM systems.
- Technical skills in Electrical/Electronic fields.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM78,000.00 - RM104,000.00 per year
