Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • The key executive for the Payroll and Attendance Management System, supporting the management on overall recruitment, benefits & compensation, and employee welfare of PCMJB and PCMKL. Direct reporting to the HRA Manager.
  • Control of PCM group inter-department/Inter-company communications, memos, Notices, etc.
  • Communicate with employees’ queries on HR-related issues; liaise with relevant authorities to ensure the company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
  • Support HRA Manager to update and revise company policies/forms/ SOP/ JD.
  • In charge of the company’s security guard control ~ Liaise and coordinate with the third-party security vendor on day-to-day security issues.
  • Preparation of payroll monthly template for PCM Group; Leave and claim application process; Manage, plan, and organize reminders in SAGE e-Portal; Organize and maintain personnel records;
  • Prepare physical and digital HR documents and maintain current HR files/ databases; Leave Management, Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records; Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exiting interviews; Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions; Update and maintain the Sage Personnel database. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • HR Statutory documentation records – EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, etc.
  • In charge of Employee Relations - Handling employee disciplinary issues, performance improvement programs, domestic inquiry, and counseling sessions when needed.
  • Conduct the Investigation process, preparation documents of Counselling/issuance of verbal/ warning letter, Domestic Inquiry (DI), etc.; Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Handling applications for employees' SOCSO claims and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Expatriates Matter; staff contract; Managing HR SLAs (Service Level Agreements) that may be in place and managing any Master Agreements between the worker and the company.
  • Support on renewal of company authority licensing - PDA License.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirement – Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Administrative / Human Resource or equivalent with 3 to 5 years’ experience in the human resource and administrative responsibilities.
  • Possess a good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (an added advantage but not compulsory).
  • Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel and Power point. Familiarize with Sage Payroll System EPE leave management via e-Portal / Navigation (PO) System is an added advantage.
  • Having excellent experience in people management, good communication skills, leadership capabilities with the sense of responsibility and meticulous in handling of daily HRA issues.
  • Familiarize with labour authority and statutory rules and regulation’s: JTK, KWSP, PERKESO, Ministry of Manpower / Department of Industrial Relations, HRDF, etc.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
