Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement:
- Build online community through timely interaction with followers.
- Collaborate with brand advocates and influencers.
- Execute outreach campaigns.
- Monitor community sentiment.
- Provide actionable insights for improved engagement.
Content Creation:
- Develop platform-specific content aligned with brand voice.
- Produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy.
- Analyze trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain content calendar across platforms.
Event Coverage:
- Provide real-time event content through photos, videos, and stories.
- Coordinate with event teams to capture key moments.
- Create post-event recaps and highlight reels.
Influencer Management:
- Build and maintain KOC/KOL (Key Opinion Consumer/Leader) database.
- Coordinate timely content posting and coverage.
- Generate post-campaign reports.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and measure social media KPIs.
- Provide improvement recommendations.
- Stay current with platform updates and trends.
Key Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
- Social media management experience.
- Multilingual with a focus on Mandarin fluency.
- Strong platform knowledge and communication skills.
- Proficiency in management tools and analytics.
- Video editing abilities.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to industry changes.
- Understanding of social media regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM72,000.00 - RM96,000.00 per year
Experience:
- KOL & Influencer Management: 3 years (Preferred)
