Job Description
This position focuses on assisting and overseeing daily operations of the Recruitment/ Sales Team for the Group/individual entity. This includes, meeting recruitment targets set by the Management Team by promoting/generating & closing leads related to the Group’s product and services.
Job Description :
Undertake the following responsibilities and duties:
- Provide advice, guidance, and information to prospects and existing students on admissions requirements to the various programmes offered at by all College’s under the group (BAC, Veritas University College, IACT, Reliance etc.)
- Manage all enquiries via phone/email/in person/Yellow Messenger etc. deriving from direct sales efforts or through third party websites, affiliates, and online communities.
- Assist the development and management of recruitment campaigns and work closely with the team to achieve enrolment numbers.
- Organize, coordinate, and represent BAC Education Group at recruitment events/activities, such as webinars, education fairs and schools visit etc.
- Host schools, counsellors and conduct recruitment counseling sessions, campus tours as and, to potentials/guests.
- Work closely with the Registry Department, Academics, and other related departments with a focus on enrolling the eligible prospects
- Advice and provide information on enquiries regarding student finance, international student issues and other support services.
- Develop an extensive knowledge of the BAC Education Group and its product/services
- Handling and resolving customer queries/complaints regarding services/products with the relevant departments

Job Requirements
Job Competencies :
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Preferably 2 years of experience in sales or higher education
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Due to the nature of the business and the need to engage with clients and stakeholders, proficiency in spoken Mandarin is essential.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet objectives/targets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently with tight deadlines.
- Willing to work extended hours when required
