  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comply with company rules and regulations; complete tasks assigned by the manager, assistant manager, or supervisor.
  • Ensure personal safety and implement standard safety protocols in all tasks.
  • Perform daily maintenance and management of public facilities and equipment, following established inspection standards and maintenance plans.
  • Utilize materials efficiently, ensuring cost savings.
  • Supervise outsourced maintenance teams and contractors.
  • Implement emergency plans and support during urgent maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in departmental and company-organized training to enhance technical skills.
  • Perform maintenance tasks as outlined in service orders.
  • Record meter readings (electricity and water) for public areas and households; collect utility bills.
  • Maintain accurate work records for all activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance (Electrical, M&E, Civil, Air Conditioning) are also welcome.
  • Possess SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, M&E, Civil, Air Conditioning, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
  • Proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
