Job Descriptions:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, malfunctions, and performance issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
  • Train end-users on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, printers, etc.).
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
