Job Descriptions:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, malfunctions, and performance issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Train end-users on system usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with IT hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, printers, etc.).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
