Job Title: Finance Executive
Job Overview:
The Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the company by managing financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and supporting budgetary planning. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial operations run efficiently and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare budgeted vs. actual performance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost savings.
- Prepare cash flow statements, balance sheets, and income statements
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets.
- Provide financial forecasts and projections for management review.
- Monitor and control budgets to ensure adherence to financial plans.
Accounting & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Financial Planning & Strategy:
- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies.
- Analyze financial performance and contribute to decision-making processes for business growth.
- Work closely with senior management to develop cost-effective solutions and strategic financial plans.
Cash Management & Reconciliation:
- Monitor company cash flow and manage day-to-day liquidity.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist in managing credit and collections processes.
Reporting & Presentation:
- Prepare financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions.
Taxation & Legal Compliance:
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure timely submission of tax returns.
- Stay updated on tax laws and financial regulations, ensuring compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
