Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and support of IT systems.
- Monitoring the progress of logged incidents and reviewing the monthly reports submitted by IT Operation team.
- Looking at the SLA achievement and monitoring all operational issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training opportunities for team.
- Act as escalation point for IT issues and coordinate troubleshooting efforts.
- Experience in IT Support (i.e. Server, Network, Security).
- Managing vendors and partners.
- Identify opportunities to optimize IT processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in IT Support and projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service desk/desktop support.
- Excellent work ethics and possess a constructive and positive attitude.
- Excellent communications and writing skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa (both written and verbal).
